Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Once your order is placed, we will ship within 24 hours. Standard shipping in the United States will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return or exchange an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at info@menstiel.com and we’ll take you through the process.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.

Currently, we do not sell individual items. Everything is sold as a set and comes in a Menstiel box. If you are interested in ordering an individual item in bulk, we may be able to accommodate your request.
